Turks & Caicos Parrot Cay

You may have noticed I have been a little MIA for the spring holidays I usually enjoy celebrating. Purchasing and designing our new home has been taking up a lot of my time… planning our July birthday bash/open house and my in-laws retirement party has also been taking up a lot of my time! Before all the craziness began, my husband and I were able to sneak a short vacation to a literal paradise. We wanted to go somewhere secluded, quiet, luxurious, relaxing and connected to nature… Parrot Cay of Turks and Caicos was our answer.

It was the most beautiful place I have ever seen. It was a surreal experience… two wild dolphins even swam by us while swimming in the gorgeous aqua water. Wild. Dolphins. Seriously! The service and amenities were the best, the food was superb and the drinks were spot-on. The resort oozes relaxation. They have a large spa, yoga, private beach lunches, private excursions, boardwalks through lush greenery, etc… it was unbelievable. We splurged and we were so glad we did. Who knows when we will get a chance to vacation like this again!

However, I should mention they had excellent services provided for children… movie night, mocktail night, popcorn snacks, babysitters, milkshakes by the pool… the list goes on. I could definitely see our little ones loving Parrot Cay as much as we did. With family or not, it is a destination worth the trek.

Take a peek…

Hi!

I am Erin! I am an interior designer in the midwest. I love the design process: ideating, developing, actualizing. It is so incredibly fulfilling. As is being a parent! Life with both could not be better♥️
