Lunar Fizz Cocktail + Mocktail

My husband and I LOVE a stellar cocktail recipe! Pre-kids we enjoyed perfecting our mixology skills and sipping delicious cocktails at many fabulous cocktail lounges! As our lives have slowly adjusted post-kids, we have somehow managed to start sipping fun cocktails again. Birthday parties are a perfect excuse to make a delicious cocktail for you and your guests!

With the upcoming galactic inspired birthday party, we decided we needed something with a bit of a lunar look. My husband decided to craft a play on a classic margarita. A cocktail that would be familiar, surprising, refreshing and sip worthy!

To make this cocktail recipe into a mocktail recipe, simply top the lime, simple syrup and bitters with soda water instead of using tequila and Prosecco! Just as delicious and toddler approved!
